Use U-Channel Sign Posts for Easy Sign Installation
Ribbed back and flange provide extra strength. Drive posts into the hardest clay soils with a standard sledge hammer and hang even large signs on them.
U-Channel Sign Posts have pre-drilled 3⁄8"-dia. holes on 1" centers (holes in 7'L Posts run half of the length only). Contact points are flush surfaces, giving you solid, more permanent sign attachment. Signs will even fit snugly back-to-back, resisting wind loosening. Posts come with either a green baked enamel or hot-dipped galvanized (silver) finish for rust protection.
Optional Drive Caps protect the tops of posts while making it easier to hit them squarely and drive them into the ground. Zinc-Rich Compound Paint provides high protection to steel exposed to severe, corrosive environments. Epoxy-based coating fuses zinc to the metal substrate to protect against corrosion—equal to or better than hot-dipped galvanizing.
