Machine-mounted Laser Detector System for Machine Grade Control makes grading tasks a one-person job. Wireless setup improves your productivity without breaking your budget. Both devices run on three AA batteries, sold separately. System operates in a wide temperature range: –4°F to 122°F (–20°C to 50°C).
Laser Detector (No. 172618) attaches via an integrated magnetic mount to the blade of your dozer or other earth-moving equipment. Used in tandem with your Topcon laser level, it keeps you on grade during cut and fill operations. Small, lighweight design handles rugged field conditions and is waterproof to IP66 standards.
The in-cab Remote Display for Laser Detector (No. 172617) puts grade information right in front of you via Bluetooth® wireless link. LED indicators and dual-tone beeper signal grading status. On-grade zone selections: 0.08, 0.24, 0.47 and 1.18"; 2, 6, 12 and 30mm. LED grade patterns: five grade, two lost beam, low battery and level alert. 11 LCD grade channels with five gradual triangles for out-of-grade indication. Built-in magnetic mount.
