HELLIGE® Soil Reaction pH Tester

An accurate, inexpensive outfit for testing the pH of soils using a specially assayed indicator solution.

Kit comes with two types of solutions. First, an inert white powder which is used to draw the indicator solution from the soil. This makes it possible to stir the mixture of soil and powder to assure equilibrium. The Triplex Solution is then added to produce distinct shades of color for even slight changes in pH. Range is up to 8.0 with an accuracy and resolution of 0.5.
