WALTER 40-CX Series Microscopes

Ideal for young scientists in grades 6–12.

Precision-built, tamperproof Microscopes deliver high-resolution flat field objectives and wide-angle viewing for general classroom study of plants, microorganisms and more. Monocular head rotates 360°. Eyepiece delivers 10X magnification; objectives (4X, 10X, 40X and 100X) are DIN achromatic, parcentered, parfocaled and color-coded. Stage measures 4-1/2"W x 4-3/4"L and includes spring clips to hole specimens. Bright LED provides illumination and coaxial coarse and fine focusing brings specimens into view. Models with Mechanical Stage allow smooth X-Y travel in 1mm graduations.
