Get accurate distance, height and angle results at the speed of light. Designed with field operators and foresters in mind, the Vertex Laser is rugged and lightweight. Easy to operate, it allows you to measure in all types of terrain and surroundings - even dense forest!
Depending on your working conditions, you can choose between measuring with the laser or the ultrasound technology. If a clear line of sight is available to the target, use the laser. If undergrowth is thick and vegetation is dense, use the ultrasound instead.
Water-resistant with automatic rain mode - now you can get secure measuring results even if it's raining.
The Vertex is great for making field inventories, radius measuring, measuring power lines and long distance measuring. The Vertex even has built-it BAF function, so you can determine the minimum tree diameter to be included in your measurements.
Ideal for measuring longer distances - up to 400m! The Vertex has two aiming sights for improved results. Red crosshair sight has 1X magnification and works for all shorter-range distances and angle measuring. The laser sight is 8X, to simply the measuring of distant or narrow objects, like power lines.
Results can be transferred to a hand-held computer or other device.
