Combine a specially designed flowmeter, program-mable electronic display and underwater cable that allows users to show flow rate data in real time.
Electronic Flowmeter is a battery-operated waterproof unit that displays current velocity in cm/sec., ft./sec., m/sec. or knots or total distance traveled. Ideal for use in oceans, rivers, open channels or with towed nets. Other features include an event timer and external start/stop switch. Meter includes 10m cable. Programmable Display has circuitry housed within a waterproof ABS housing with nylon carrying strap. Starts/stops when flowmeter cable is plugged in. Data reads out on two-line, 32-character, high-contrast LCD. Display indicates high or low impeller speed, velocity (0–9999 cm/sec., m/sec., ft./sec. or knots), total distance (0–17,400m) and elapsed time (0–99 minutes 60 seconds). 9"H x 4.5"W x 1.75"D. Operates on four AA batteries (included). 150 hours of operation.
