Swing Sampler and Sludge Nabber

Use the swing sampler as a standard dipper with the bottle upright, or swing the bottle 90° to sample in hard to reach areas such as sewers and other horizontal flows. The pivoting head is attached to a sturdy 6 foot fiberglass pole that telescopes to 12 feet, providing greater flexibility for all situations.
