For a complete bailer, select a top, body and bottom with the same diameter. Bailers are available in 3/4", 1" and 1-7/8" diameters. All parts sold separately.A. QUICK CONNECT™: Attach and detach suspension cords quickly and easily. Designed for Norwell Teflon® bailers, the Quick Connect allows you to attach and detach cables and bailers with a simple nut style connection. The connector is made of 100% fluoropolymer resin and the nut is made of mechanically strong Tefzel® . Can be dedicated to a specific well and virtually eliminates the possibility of a knot releasing and dropping the bailer down the well.
B. STANDARD TOP: "V" notched opening for easy pouring.
C. POINT SAMPLING TOP: Enables you to take a sample at a specific depth. Similar to Standard Top, but features an added check valve that closes during sample retrieval.
D. BAILER BODIES: Virtually any combination can be put together to increase capacity. Translucent body for viewing sample taken. 1-7/8" O.D. available for use in wells 2" I.D. or larger.
E. EXTENSION COUPLING: For joining bailer bodies to increase capacity.
F. STANDARD BOTTOM: Precision ground check valve stays confined to bottom section, preventing loss of sampled material.
G. CONTROL FLOW BOTTOM: Controls flow release rate of samples taken to minimize agitation.
H. BOTTOM EMPTYING DEVICE: Used for rapid purging of a well. Check valve opens when plunger contacts sample vessel.
