Designed to prevent instrument falls on slick surfaces or from people tripping on a leg, the system protects your investment by keeping your Tripod sable at all times. The system stores on the inside of the Tripod leg or can be left in place. Does not interfere with plummeting or the instrument person's stance.
Open leg design makes it easy to mount equipment bags, data collectors, batteries and other accessories directly to the Tripodżs legs. Removal is not necessary when the Tripod is collapsed and stored.
A wide carry strap with shoulder pad and a carry handle make it easy and convenient to move your Tripod around. The carry handle is far more comfortable than the common hole-in-leg handles you'll find on other Tripods. The Tri-Max also features a large footbed for solid "planting" for even more stability. Every Tri-Max is inspected 100% and lab-tested for stability and torsional rigidity that exceeds the standard ISO 12858-2-H. The Tri-Max comes with a five-year warranty.
Choose from two locking systems: Quick Clamp (lever-cam) and Screw Clamp (knob-screw) styles. Both styles are ergonomic, positive-locking and field reversible to the inside. On tall models, an additional thumbscrew-style lock is included. A Fixed Leg model is also available.
