Model A Soil Sampler

Cut the soil with the 12" auger, then take samples with the 12" sampling tube. Kit also contains a No. S-2 tip for use in wet soil, a 12" handle, and a 13" heavy fiberboard carrying case. Two 12" extension rods allow the auger and tube to reach 36" down.

Augers have a 1-1/4" dia. and a double twist with a 2-1/2" pitch. Auger section is 8-1/2" long with a 4" shank.
