These stainless steel augers come with the ingenious SquareLink™ connection system. This system makes it easy to quickly change auger heads, with the handle securely fitting inside the square tube connection of the auger head. When the auger rotates during sampling, the stress is NOT on the pin but is handled by the strong SquareLink connection. This new system should effectively eliminate the number of bent or broken pins that sometimes occur with other connection systems.
