Extremely accurate clocks run on AA batteries for approximately two years before needing replacement. Automatic adjustment to daylight savings makes them ideal for mounting in hard-to-reach places.

Both models are accurate to 1/10,000 of a second. A controlling radio signal from NIST in Boulder, Colorado automatically adjusts to precise time, daylight savings, leap year, and leap seconds (corrections for the earth’s rotational “wobble”). Both come with a certificate of traceability to NISTstandards. Digital Clock displays time in a.m/p.m. or 24-hour time, plus month, date, day-of-the-week, and ambient temperature in Fahrenheit or Celsius (23 to 122°F and –5 to 50°C with 0.5 resolution).
