Gives you accurate pH and moisture levels in three minutes.

Ideal for determining the right time to add lime and fertilizer to the soil. Portable soil tester is rugged, convenient and operates without power source. Metal plates on the sides of the meter produce a natural electricity when inserted into the soil. Measures from 3.5 to 8.0 pH on the outside scale of the dial and from 0 to 100% moisture on the inner scale of the dial. Accuracy: ±0.2 pH, ±10% moisture.

To obtain a reading, insert the probe into moist soil, leave for three minutes then read pH and moisture on the spot. 6-1/2" long.
