CHAINMAN IIŽ Hip Chain

A convenient way to measure distances over any terrain, even in dense forests. Designed to fit on your belt, leaving your hands free for other work. Accurate to ą0.2%, hip chain can measure up to 99,999 without having to be re-set. Hip Chains feature high-impact plastic housing with belt loops and detachable lid. Come with a 2"W nylon belt, and a 1"W lid strap which keeps the lid from popping open during use. Measures 7"H x 4"W x 4"D. All models have exterior knobs for resetting.
Hip Chains include 6,000' of thread. Replacement Thread is available in 100% cotton biodegradable or strong, long-lasting nonbiodegradable polyester.
