You don’t have to walk all the way over to that tree to measure its diameter. Just add these Laser Pointers to your Mantax Calipers and measure it and all the trees in your circular sample plot from one spot! You’ll avoid dangerous areas, poison ivy and other hazards so you stay safer on the job.

Aim the two Laser Pointers at a tree and pull the jaws apart until the lasers are where you need them—then read your measurement from your calipers. When you cut out all of the walking around, measuring tree diameters doesn’t take much time at all! You can even measure upper stem diameters. The Class 3 lasers reach well over 130' or 40m. Gator Eyes are compatible with Mantax Digitech and Precision Calipers and require two AA batteries, sold separately.
