Double Your Capacity with the Sludge Judge II
Ideal for sewage treatment plants, chemical plants and food processing facilities, the Sludge Judge II Sampler retrieve accurate samples of settled solids in noncaustic materials. Clear tubes with tape markings at 1' increments give you accurate visual cross-section samples. Easy to use; just lower the sampling pole into the liquid to open float valve and allow materials to flow inside. When bottom of tank or drum is reached, pull up on Sampler to close valve and retain materials.
Made from 1-1/4" O.D. semi-rigid plastic for increased capacity. Holds 6 oz. per foot. 15'L sampling pole is made up of three 5'L sections (top, extension and bottom).
To extend length when necessary, choose an additional Top Section (No. 57580), Extension Section (No. 57578) or Bottom Section (No. 57579), all sold separately.
Water-repellent canvas Carrier Bag (No. 18583), sold separately, is ideal for storing and transporting your Sampler.Use the Spiral Cleaning Brush (No. 226495) with Cotton Cleaning Strips (Nos. 113355 and 113357), all sold separately, to clean away grease and oily residue from inside the Sludge Judge Sampler.
