IQ Scientific "Dual Technology” pH Meter

New technology meter uses both maintenance-free silicon or traditional glass pH electrodes.

Rugged pH meter uses a revolutionary nonglass stainless steel probe with silicon chip sensor to accurately measure pH in soils, semi-solids and viscous materials. Excellent for applications where glass electrode breakage is a problem. The silicon chip sensor cleans easily with a toothbrush and detergent, requires no maintenance and can be stored dry. A heavy-duty graphite body glass electrode is also available for use in high temperatures or long-term immersion. Other features include: Shockproof case design, measurement of pH, mV and temperature, 7 buffers recognition, and automatic or manual temperature compensation.
Meter comes with stainless steel/silicon electrode with BNC connection. 7"H x 3.5"W x 1.5"D (175mm x 90mm x 40mm). Sh. Wt.: 3.0 lb. (1.3 kg). Uses one 9V battery (included) for 200 hours continuous use.
