Point Source Bailers Operate Smoothly

As the Stainless Steel Point Source Bailer is lowered with a support line, ball check valves on top and bottom open, allowing water to flow through. When desired depth is reached, check valves close with upward movement, preserving the integrity of the discrete sample. The top ball prevents the sample in the Bailer from mixing with water at higher levels. The Bailer empties through the bottom via the sample release device (included) into a storage container. Choose 9-oz. or 16-oz. capacity.Can be used with optional PTFE Resin-Covered Stainless Steel Suspension Cord (No. 224584 or No. 23922), sold separately.
