Safety pads are made of Prolar® fibers that "explode" on contact.

Urethane-coated outer shell is windproof, waterproof and resists oil, mildew, tears, snags and abrasion. Prolar eight-layer protective pads combine a unique fiber composition with a special weaving to provide the ultimate protection for cuts. The unique "explosive" action of the Prolar works by jamming the chain against the bar and sprocket. Chaps are secured with a stitched-on 45"L x 1-1/2"W nylon web belt and 1"W straps across the backs of the legs. Both styles include a zippered front pocket. Belt and straps fasten with Quick-Snap buckles. Wrap around style covers better below the knee.

When measuring length, measure from the waist. Stops chain saws up to 2750 ft. per minute.

94 SERIES PROFESSIONAL CHAPS-For use with chain saws with 60cc (3.7 c.i.) or more engine displacement. Tougher cover fabric, 1000 denier Cordura® Nylon. Eight layers of Prolar® fabric. Three sets of leg straps and buckles for a more secure fit.

90 SERIES CHAIN SAW CHAPS-Recommended for chain saws with less than 60cc (3.7 c.i.) engine displacement. Flexible and strong, 420 denier nylon. Eight layers of Prolar® fabric. Two sets of leg straps and a waist strap.
