The hard rubber bottom features a 2"H molded rubber lip that prevents water seeping into the bottom of the bag. The heavy-guage rubber bottom is double-stitched to the Bag and is very durable, even in cold weather. Two outside pockets are ideal for carrying miscellaneous equipment. Bag measures 19"H x 11"W x 24"L. Pockets measure 11"H x 5"W x 20"L.
