Strong enough to handle jerricans, fuel tanks, tool boxes, floor jacks and small coolers, plus large bottles of acetylene, helium and propane. Clamp is not affected by hot or cold climates and is UV resistant. Base mounts with four #10 bolts or screws. Mounting hardware not included.
