Hold function freezes display for seven seconds after button release to give you time to log readings. Accurate to ±3°F (2°C) above 77°F (25°C); accuracy varies below 77°F (25°C). Temperature range of 0° - 500°F (-18° to 260°C). Measure using Fahrenheit or Celsius scales. Distance-to-spot ratio of 6:1 (at a 6" distance, it measures a 1"-dia. spot).
