NS-60 DMI with Data Output Enables Computer Connection for Instant Data Transfer
The NS-60 Distance Measuring Instrument with Data Output enables you to instantly transfer data from your DMI to your computer. Simply connect the two with the Optional RS-232 Download Cable (No. 103464), sold separately.
This instrument measures distances on
highways or guardrails, telephone pole spacing,
gas pipelines, E-911 addressing, TV cable length, even the
length of crop fields! Can also be used for roadway
inventories, traffic studies, cable line mapping, plant engineering,
railway length, accident reconstruction or traffic monitoring. C
alculate volume amounts and costs for
materials like asphalt, concrete and sand.
Compute distances and areas using your vehicle’s speed and
the distance traveled. Slimline design. Backlit LCD panel
has three brightness adjustments for easy viewing, even in
low light. Four display windows for three-digit
speed (mph, km / hr, fps), status, four-digit distance interval,
and six-digit distance (miles, feet, km).
Power: 9 to 16V DC, negative ground 90 ma @ 12V DC
(max). Accuracy to ±1' per mile. Resolution ±1'. Nonvolatile,
unlimited, internal memory storage, 0-99 event codes. Auto-calibration
memory for up to four vehicles. Measures 2.25"W x 7.5"L x .88"D. Includes operating manual.
