A locking Handle makes it easy to collect 5 and 10g of undisturbed soil for field preservation techniques for EPA Method 5035. Ideal for in the field or in the lab. Great for subsampling from brass sleeves or soil jars to 40mL vials for auto-sampler extraction.
Easy to use, the beveled-edge Soil Syringe is stronger than cut syringes and fits in the neck of 40mL glass vials. Just turn the handle and push to dispense soil into the vial. Dispensing is done without having to remove the Syringe.
Sample Kit includes two 40mL vials, stir bar, 5mL sodium bisulfate (tare weighed), 40mL vial, 5mL methanol (tare weighed), moisture container and Syringe (Handle sold separately).
