Comments about HOBO Temperature Sensor Leads for Air, Water and Soil:

Have only had them for a couple of weeks now, but they have done exactly what they were purchased for, including compatibility with an older serial-based Onset data loggers and Shuttle system. Using to monitor mash and fermentation temperatures in beer making, and tracking the deltas between internal and external temperatures at archival storage locations using both the loggers' internal and these external temperature sensors through the walls.
