Measure Rainfall and Temperature with One System
Self-contained, battery-powered rainfall data collection and recording systems integrate a HOBO Pendant Event datalogger into tipping bucket Datalogging Rain Gauges. For each 0.01" (0.2mm for Metric unit) of rainfall, a time and date stamp is stored for detailed analysis. The top is removable for easy data offloading. Three legs provide a stable base for the unit. The aluminum housing and collector ring and the stainless steel shaft and brass bearings all resist corrosion. The tipping bucket is high-impact ABS plastic. Optic USB Base Station with Coupler offloads a full 64K Gauge in 30 sec. and is splash-resistant. HOBOware™ Software is compatible with Windows® software and is required for logger launch, data downloading and data viewing. Use the Waterproof Shuttle to readout and relaunch Gauges in the field. Includes Pendant Event Logger. Datalogging Rain Gauges require HOBOware Software and either the Optic USB Base Station with Coupler or Waterproof Shuttle for use, sold separately.
