The Rino boasts tough, lightweight, waterproof construction to handle the rigors of any outdoor adventure. And because the Rino has standard FRS capabilities, you can talk to friends or family who own conventional FRS radios. Rino unit supports 22 communication channels. Users select 1–38 subaudible squelch codes for semiprivate conversations. Transmit power: 1W on High (for GMRS channels), 0.5W on Low (FRS channels). Transmit up to 2 miles using FRS, up to 5 miles with GMRS.
