Liner Core SamplerTakes Undisturbed Samples Down to 21.3' (7m)
Widely used for the study of soil composition, profile and soil mapping. A screw-like point at the lower end of the Conical Screw Auger body enters into the soil as you simultaneously push and turn the Auger clockwise. The soil sample is guided into the Auger body by the two vaulted vertical cutting blades. The vaulted design not only promotes soil digging, but also ensures a firm hold of the sample in the Auger. The blades are welded to a bow bracket, which is connected to the Auger rod. Auger is approximately 24"L. Conical screw style, 7cm. Handles and extensions sold separately.
