Bushnell® Scout DX 1000 ARC Laser Rangefinder, Camo

Compact, Digital and Accurate—True Distance at Your Fingertips

The powerful Scout DX 1000 ARC Laser Rangefinder features advanced digital technology and a high-speed clock that are used to instantaneously calculate distances by measuring the time it takes for each pulse to travel from the Rangefinder and back. Digital technology allows the Bushnell Rangefinder to be compact without sacrificing ranging performance and accuracy. Automatically provides distance through rain and enhances distance to reflective objects. Note: To get the maximum distance listed, point Rangefinders at a reflective target.

Compliance

Class I Laser, classified by the FDA.

Specifications

The Scout DX 1000 has ±1 yd. of accuracy. Laser ARC Rangerfinder has a multifunction, in-view LCD that's mounted within the optical system while simultaneously viewing the target displays: reticle for targeting, yards/meters mode designations and low-battery indicators.

Rangefinder targeting modes include Rain, BullsEye, Brush and Angle Range Compensation (ARC).
Rain—compensates if it is raining or snowing so the laser does not get deflected. You get a true distance reading scan. This allows you to move the Rangefinder across the landscape while getting updated distances as you move.
BullsEye—is designed for close ranges. Acquires small targets without measuring background target distances.
Brush—ignores the foreground of brush, boulders and tree branches to provide distances to the background objects only.
ARC—is for extreme uphill or downhill angles. On these extreme angles you are not getting a true horizontal distance. ARC accounts for the terrain angle when measuring distance.
