This Trimmer Head cuts from the top down rather than bottom up. A 10-lb. pull on the rope exerts 200 lb. of force on the knife to easily cut through branches up to 1-1/2" dia. When the limb is half cut, it will sag and make balance of the cutting operation easier. The blade will not get wedged in limbs because there is no room for bark or sap to lodge. Block and tackle cast iron head is connected to a 13"L wooden handle with a 7"L aluminum adaptor on end. Top Down Trimmer Head fits all Aazel sectional and telescoping poles.
