Count larger zooplankton the easy way with WILDCO Sedgewick Rafter Counting Chambers. Counting cells let you count micro-organisms in the 400-1000µm range by extrapolating their number in a portion of the cell—no need to count what's in the entire cell. Saves you time in the lab! Counting Chambers, available Gridded or Plain, consist of a 1"W x 3"L glass slide mounted inside a brass frame. A drawn chrome-on-glass, millimeter-square grid divides the slide into sections that each hold 1µL of water. Chambers include two Glass Cover Plates and a plastic case. Requires the use of a standard or inverted compound microscope. Extra Glass Cover Plates are sold separately.
