For accurate recordkeeping, this analog Dial Minimum/Maximum Thermometer records the lowest and highest temperatures taken between settings. A blue needle indicates the lowest temperature, a red needle shows you the highest temperature and a black needle gives you the current reading. To reset the Thermometer, just turn the reset knob on the face of the instrument to move the red and blue pointers to the same position as the black one. Use the Thermometer freestanding or hang it up using the keyhole slot. Thermometer is accurate to ±2°F (±1°C). It has a range of –40° to 120°F (–40° to 50°C).
