Nothing to Put Down the Well—Just Point Sonic Water Level Meter and Ping

The Sonic Water Level Meter lets you measure water levels in capped or open wells—even polluted wells, where dirty water might damage ordinary equipment. An access port 5/8" or greater in diameter in the well cap is the only requirement. This device uses sound waves to measure a well’s water level. Two settings let you measure 25-500' or 200–1500'. You get fast, accurate water level measurements in seconds, with no cross-contamination and no equipment to clean!
Temperature toggle switch adjusts the measurement to account for variation of sound velocity in the well casing. Readout accuracy of ±0.1'. Measurement accuracy of ±0.2% of reading. Operating temperature of 30°–140°F. Requires eight AA batteries, sold separately. Meter measures 4"H x 5"W x 7"L and has a 5/8"-dia. x 2"L sonic measuring duct.
