Gather Accurate Samples with Sludge Judge Samplers

Ideal for sewage treatment plants, chemical plants and food processing facilities, Sludge Judge Samplers retrieve accurate samples of settled solids in noncaustic materials. Clear tubes with tape markings at 1' increments give you accurate visual cross-section samples. Easy to use; just lower the sampling pole into the liquid to open float valve and allow materials to flow inside. When bottom of tank or drum is reached, pull up on Sampler to close valve and retain materials.
Nos. 18582 and 57577 are made up of three 5'L sections (top, extension and bottom). Add or subtract sections as needed.
Order additional Top Section, Extension Section and Bottom Section pieces to combine where additional length is required.
Sludge Judge Samplers are made of 3/4" O.D. plastic and hold 3 oz. per foot. Choose 5'L or 15"L.
Sludge Judge II Sampler is made from 1-1/4" O.D. semi-rigid plastic for increased capacity. Holds 6 oz. per foot. 15'L.
Water-repellent canvas Carrier Bag, sold separately, is ideal for storing and transporting your Sampler. Fits all models.
Use the Spiral Cleaning Brush to clean away grease and oily residue from inside the Sludge Judge Sampler. The 3/8" (93cm) solid aluminum, two-piece rod screws together to give you 6' (1.82m) of length. Slotted ends hold thick Cotton Cleaning Strips in place to slide up and down the tube using mild detergent and warm water. Choose from two sizes. Pkgs. of 50.
