Three handy Respirators offer many features of North’s popular halfmask respirator, but at a much lower cost. Great for short-run projects, off-site work or other limited-use situations.
The 5500 Series Half-Mask Respirator has an economical elastomeric facepiece that accepts standard North cartridges. Valves are replaceable (use regular half-mask accessories). Sold alone or preassembled as a ready-to-use Organic Vapors/N95 Low-Maintenance Respirator.
The low-maintenance 5400 Series Full-Face Respirator weighs only 14 oz., ensuring greater worker acceptance. Thermal plastic elastomer (TPE) material is also soft and pliable for superior comfort. Resists alcohol, acids and bases and is hypoallergenic.
