Dual-purpose Soil-Recovery Probes can be used for general sampling with or without liners to ensure noncontaminated soil samples for hazardous testing. A shallow cut into the side allows easy removal of soil when liners are not used.
Made of 4130 chrome-plated molybdenum seamless tubing for maximum strength. Two diameters available: 7/8"-dia. Sampler holds a 3/4" sleeve and 1-1/8"-dia. Sampler holds a 1"-dia. sleeve.
Comes complete with one butyrate plastic liner, 9"L cross handle and two plastic caps. Can be used with AMS Threaded Extensions and hammer attachment when the cross handle is removed. A model with replaceable tips is also available.
