AAZEL Sectional and Telescoping Poles
AAZEL Sectional and Telescoping Poles Close Sectional and Telescoping Poles Fit All Aazel Pruning Pole SawsFIBERGLASS VS. ALUMINUM Fiberglass Poles provide a high electrical resistance and minimize the danger of electrical shock when trimming trees where poles might touch hot wires. When no electrical hazard is posed, aluminum is a good choice. Aluminum Poles are lighter in weight and are best for use at longer lengths.
SECTIONAL VS. TELESCOPIC Sectional Poles are easily secured with a bolt and two wing nuts. They are recommended for use when sawing. Poles are sleeved on one end to fit over other sectional or telescopic poles. Telescopic Poles are easier to handle because you do not have to extend your arms for long periods. They are easily adjusted with a quick twist of the locking mechanism. These poles can be used in conjunction with sectional to comfortably reach lengths as high as 20-25'.
Sectional Poles are available in 5, 6, 8 and 10'L aluminum and 6 and 8'L fiberglass. Telescoping Poles come 6'L sections and are available in 12, 24 and 30'L aluminum and 12'L fiberglass.Note: California OSHA requires the use of nonmetallic, nonconductive poles when used near electrical wires. Fiberglass poles meet California OSHA codes 3426 and 3455. |
