This 5'L Padded Animal Control Snare combines automatic loop recoil (if you miss your catch), a cable brake that secures the cable to allow you to use both hands to control the snared animal and a loop release for easy extraction once the animal is boxed or caged. The cable is 3/16" vinyl-coated galvanized steel. It won't abrade an animal's neck the way thinner cables do. It comes with a replaceable "woolie" at the head of the unit to protect the animal's teeth if it bites the cable and the back of the animal's neck if it jerks or moves around.
